How we use your details

When you send an enquiry, Abroad Assist receives the information you enter: your name, phone number, optional email, preferred service and destination, contact preferences and message.

Why we collect it

We use these details to respond to your questions, arrange a suitable counselling conversation and follow up on your plans. Your selected contact method and time are preferences; an appointment is confirmed separately.

Who can see your enquiry

Submitted enquiries and staff notes are held in a protected staff tracker. They are not displayed on the public website.

WhatsApp and email

WhatsApp and email links open the relevant service with a draft where provided. You review and send the message yourself. A website enquiry is saved separately when you press “Send my enquiry”.
